From the Crag to Your Screen – My Journey to Coaching
In the beginning,
I relied purely on strength—pulling through every move instead of climbing efficiently. Progress was slow, and I soon realized that my biggest limitation wasn’t strength or endurance, but movement efficiency and technique. Because I had to analyze and break down every movement myself, I can now easily recognize flawed patterns in others—habits that feel natural but hold climbers back.
This makes my coaching particularly effective for those who didn’t grow up climbing and want to improve their technique in a structured and logical way. What excites me the most is breaking down climbing movement, analyzing sequences, recognizing inefficient.
How Flow On The Wall Was Born?
Over the years, I’ve found real joy in helping fellow climbers grow — whether it’s improving their technique, gaining strength, or achieving their personal goals. I’ve always believed that progress in climbing isn’t just about pushing harder grades, but also about refining movement and building confidence on the wall.
That’s what led me to create this online coaching platform. I wanted to offer a way for climbers to receive personal support, no matter where they are or how full their schedule might be. My goal is to provide tailored coaching that adapts to each individual’s needs — whether you have time for weekly sessions or just a check-in every couple of weeks.
Online coaching offers the flexibility to work at your own pace, review technique through video, and stay consistent with your training. I’m here to guide you with focused feedback and encouragement — so you can keep improving, step by step.
