Every two weeks, we’ll connect for a one-hour video call to review your latest climbing footage. Together, we’ll analyze your progress, highlight improvements, and set the next focus points. This step-by-step approach ensures your technique keeps evolving in the right direction.

How it works?
After you get in touch, we’ll start with a quick chat on WhatsApp to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few questions about your climbing background, what you enjoy (bouldering, sport climbing, indoor or outdoor), and what goals you’re aiming for.
We’ll also agree on which climbing videos you’ll send me – these will be the foundation for our technical analysis. Once I’ve reviewed your footage, we’ll schedule our first video call.
During this call, I’ll walk you through the fundamental principles of efficient climbing movement, and we’ll dive into your specific strengths, weaknesses, and habits. Based on what we see, I’ll suggest a clear and realistic plan to help you improve – whether that means refining footwork, improving body position, or learning to climb with more flow and intention.
Each session builds on the last, so your technique doesn’t just improve – it evolves with you.

One-Time Coaching Call
Have a specific climbing issue that’s been bothering you? This 45-minute video call is designed for climbers who want quick, focused feedback without the need for a long-term commitment. Whether it’s a movement that doesn’t feel right, a project that just won’t go, or a technique detail you can’t quite figure out — this session gives you the clarity you need.
Before the call, you can send me a video of your climbing so I can analyze it in advance. Or, if you prefer, we can go through it together during the session via screen sharing. We’ll dive straight into your challenge and break it down in a practical and understandable way.
You’ll leave the call with personalized tips, technical insights, and clear next steps that you can start applying immediately to improve your performance and feel more confident on the wall. Whether you’re a beginner or climbing up to 7c/5.12d (or 7B boulder), this session is tailored to your current level and goals.
